Hello there! I am Magdalena Grace.

I have been called the "Healer's healer" or "Healer of healers" as a healing practitioner that loves healing, creating the highest and best version of myself and others.

I am a Mind/Body/Spirit Alchemist who specializes in grief, trauma and addiction after my own journey with all 3 and work with mompreneurs, as well as couples, to help them remember who they truly are and live their BEST lives. I am a plant medicine woman/spiritual teacher who specializes in shadow work and connecting/communicating with your ancestors to break generational trauma and cycles. I can also help women with microdosing coach and kambo frog medicines to cleanse/purify your sacred goddess body/mind, focused on mind/body/spirit medicine.

I have been a coach for 24 years, coaching 20,000 plus people in both health and fitness, as well as business/sales. I always knew healing the mind/spirit through the body was critical to my success, as a former Ironman Triathlete and student athlete in college.

And yet, at just over 40 years of age I found myself at rock bottom as a binge drinking workaholic in 2020 and wanted to die - feeling like a worthless mom to my 2 younger children and wife, struggling with unprocessed grief and childhood/ancestral traumaand losing my identity were at the core of ALL of that.

I shed a LOT of snake skin to get to where I am today (and I was born in the year of the snake!)
