• Made it through "angry day" with the help of "phone-a-friend", where I would've normally picked up a bottle. ANGER TRANSMUTATION

"I signed up for Lois's 40 day break addiction behavior challenge inside her subscription community because I was struggling with drinking too much wine and carrying excess weight even though I have been in the health and wellness field for over 20 years!
