I am Misty Magdalena Grace - a womb whisperer, grief alchemist, and feminine liberation guide.  

For over two decades (and countless lifetimes), I've walked the path of transformation through heartbreak, loss, divorce, and deep spiritual reawakening.  My work is rooted in ancient wisdom, feminine embodiment, and trauma-informed/shadow work healing.  I specialize in helping women who feel emotionally numb, spiritually stuck, or sensually disconnected come back to life - one breath, one memory, one desire, and one sacred "yes" at a time.

I was an Ironman Triathlete and business woman already in my 20s....and often didn't care for my mind/body/spirit health and learned the hard way about healing by abusing or shaming my body for decades thru addiction/emotional eating/alcohol, etc. I also had a lot of shame around sexual desires and grew up in the church with a deep religion patriarchal wounding. I also coached over 10,000 people (mostly women) in their body/mind health spanning 2 decades and have seen the struggle is real for so many women.

By healing my womb space and my yoni reclamation, reconnecting with pleasure, along with the help of the Divine Mother, I re-cognized the priestess initiation path.

The Sex Magic of Isis and Mary Magdalene's Inner Temple of the Sacred Marriage within was also a part of my medicine path.

Sophia Duncan is a witch, a teacher, an author, and a tarot reader living in San Diego. She has always been curious about how people search for meaning and connection, which has led her to travel the world, explore different spiritual traditions and communities, and live through a few wild, off-the-rails moments along the way. Those years shaped the way she teaches today.

Being placed in a strict religious school in Midwest suburbia brought out her rebellious streak early in life and drew her deep into magic and tarot at the age of fourteen. Witchcraft and divination have been part of her life ever since, much to the dismay of her teachers and the church.

Thirty-six years later she is still rebelling by valuing herself, her womanhood, and her community. She has learned to embrace her magic, her connection to the earth, and her wildly human nature. Now she enjoys helping others do the same.
